Background
Bukom's dense community has long faced pressure on its clean water supply, with residents queuing at distant points for potable water.
Initiation
Continuing its clean-water mission, Relief and Aid International selected Bukom for a major expansion of its borehole programme.
Implementation
The foundation constructed and launched three boreholes in the Bukom community, bringing safe drinking water within reach of thousands of residents.
Impact
The launch drew the whole community together in celebration and added to the foundation's six major borehole projects, alongside its bi-weekly water distribution to specific communities.
